Litter Listing will be accepted only when both parents have been tested for Ataxia and at least one parent is a clear, both sire and dam have been hip & elbow scored and cardiac certified.  DNA Parentage must also be performed on all living pups.

Breeders who join all their puppy buyers up to the Club will receive a Thank You pack.  Puppy Buyer Membership is $5.00 per puppy, the form can be found here

The sire and dam must be DNA Profiled!  Please upload profiles.

Ataxia clear certificate for ONE parent is required and a minimum of one other form of health testing certificates for both sire and dam must be attached. *Accepted Health Testing ~ Ataxia, Hip & Elbow Scoring, Cardiac Certification, Eye Certification.

If you dog is Ataxia Clear by Parentage or you have trouble uploading your certificates, please submit the form and a Committee member will contact you.
